Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 67 minutes walking
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Pass days used - 1/3

On the weekends I have more free time so I use it to burn more calories with longer or more unique exercise sessions.

Since hubby is always home and I am working, the days aren’t much different. I do try to eat a smaller lunch if I think we are doing a different dinner

I had a no show massage client today, so I went for a walk to Walmart and back. Brrrr!
Unfortunately, another client brought me a "goodie bag" of dark chocolates (my fav!) and I wasn't able to turn them down. I'm ashamed to admit that I actually sat and ate the entire bag after they left!! As I was giving my last massage tonight, I believe that I could actually feel my blood sugar increasing!!

By the time I got home from work, I was beginning to feel sick to my stomach! I can't believe that I ate almost the whole bag.... and I can't remember the last time I've done something like that..... wow, now I'm going to have to spend the next several days trying to get off of sugar again!!! Ugh.

Ok, no more beating myself up.... tomorrow is a brand new day.

    @Mrs_Hoffer
I’ve had a few times like that in the past…each food item was a Surprise + a Gift. One was at a friend’s house - she had some chocolates out. By hour 3.5, my resistance dropped. Ok I’ll have one. Carefully unwrapped & enjoyed. By the end, I had 4-5. Ok no problem.

Wrong: the next Xmas a box of 100 of them & they are Expensive.

    Ditto Birthday (smaller container)

The one time I relax a little & this happened. I won’t do that again.

It’s always the Surprise + Gift that gets me.

Protein was a tad high. Calories up by 10%.
I really shouldn’t eat a “real” dinner. I do better if I frame it in my kind as a snack.

    Ratcheting back.

    11th Pass day
Had friends over for the night for the 1st time in a year so went over board with the food. I had a really great time but the nervousness of hosting def sent me in a 2 day eating frenzy. Tummy hurts today but back on track again. I'm scared to get on the scale this morning. He he!

Thanks for a ur insights with weekend eating. It's interesting to see just how many peeps in the group are retired. It's also interesting to see how much covid has changed things socially for everyone. For me weekends are hard esp if hubby wants to indulge then I do to. I am much better these days but still hve my moments like this w/e ha ha. Prelogging a special meal out in advance helps so I can account for the calories. Xo

Grammie time all weekend. Sorry I have not reported. Plenty of exercise all weekend chasing an 18 mo girl! She is so fun but I am exhausted!
