Monday: Conditioning at the gym
Tuesday: Stretching @ home, plus side kick drills
Wednesday: REST (Daughter had a concert - messed up the schedule.)

I did some pilates on Wednesday and Saturday was my normal class1

Thursday: Stretching, side kick drills. (You may notice a theme here for the next few weeks!)
Friday: Conditioning @ the gym. Moving back into previous routine but with modifications on lower body workout, swapped out elliptical for the treadmill, and reduced weight on leg press. Previous routine was killing my hamstrings making kicking at height really difficult during recovery.
Saturday: Private lesson and practice at the park0 -
Sunday: Black belt class. Managed to recreate the conditions that caused my issue during the test, started working through the technique and mental issues!0
