I have missed several days, but I'm back on it.
Walked for 20 minutes, and participated in 5 minute living room dance party.
Did not log my meals.
Probably didn't stay to my calories.
Going to do better tomorrow.

Funny, I thought my calories were over today. They were under. Sooner or later, Iβll realizeI can actually trust myself with food now.
Sun nt sleep: 6.5
Mon nt sleep: 7 πΈ tired during day
Tues nt sleep ~6.5 wide awake at bedtime, disjointed sleeping pattern- lots of energy today!
Wed nt sleep: 7+!! πΈWoke up early &told myself to go back to sleep & I did!

I used to call fam/friends or listen to music/podcasts. After earbud accident & getting tinnitus in one ear, I stopped all that.
Took a few months but I figured out how to include art & natural science & my hikes & Iβd actually rate my exercise a 12 now!
Food- itβs simple & easy to prepare, but I only eat 10βs. Lots of raw nuts, peanut only peanut butter, Whole wheat toast, roast potatoes, grilled skinless chicken (yum), salmon, apples of all kinds, cuties, pears, raw & roasted vegetables, small box raisins. 0% Fage yogurt with berries of all kinds. Decaf cinnamon tea! Oatmeal, pipping hot with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a dash of allspice! And did I mention nuts? π€£ Raw, unsalted. Pecans are my favorite at the moment.
Two of my meals are generally the same each day - by choice. The third follows a similar pattern but the veg or protein varies. I Love my BF & L, so I keep eating them lol

Gosh, I've been super busy this week.... but I'm so stinkin excited that the time is changing this weekend! I've wanted to ride my bicycle to work at the chiropractor's office this week, but right now it's dark by the time I leave there. (no bueno!) I read through the posts for the last few days but I think that I forgot to post (myself) on the 9th....

I lowered my calorie goal this week to 1700 as I'm working on setting my mind to LOSING again (now that Spring is right around the corner!) I'm usually super busy on Thu and Fri (working 2 jobs), and if I don't pre-log, then my day can easily get away from me. Yesterday (10th) was a perfect example of that....
We've had some terrific opening posts this week.... thanks so much Chris @WhatMeRunning for another good one. I too have found myself getting into a funk this last month or so.
On a scale of 1 to 10 (and be brutally honest) how much enjoyment do you get from your chosen exercises and foods?
Walking outside in the warmer weather is my exercise of choice [10], but in the colder months, it's probably more like a [4]. I did buy a treadmill last year and honestly haven't used it much this winter. I tell myself that I can go do 20 mins tho - and sometimes will go a little longer, usually not. For me, the treadmill is a [4], but I can feel good that I've at least met my UAC goal. Lol. I also enjoy dancing [9], and the rebounder [8], but honestly, I've just been pretty lazy these last couple months. I know that I need to do more strength training, but it's about a [2] on my list....
Hubby fixed my bicycle seat (it was too low), so I'm looking forward to getting out and riding my bicycle. Right now I'm not sure where to rate that on the scale... only because I don't know if my knees are going to be able to take it - we shall see!5 -

I absolutely love spinning (only offered once a week realistically for me). I really enjoy my strength training class. I enjoy jogging. Not a huge fan of YouTube videos but better than nothing. I enjoy walking because I eplay PokΓ©mon go and Pikmin and listen to an audio book if solo5 -

Enjoyment. I had to think about this. I don't cook. Every few months I'll make tacos. About as often, I'll cook my own lunch. I don't like to cook. Husband and son cook dinners. During the day I get by on left-overs and snacks things like yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, maybe an apple. I enjoy spices, esp things that are in Indian food. The smells and taste of turmeric, cinnamon, curry-like things.
We've been doing Hello Fresh. I really have to watch portion sizes to stay in caloric range, but I like the flavors.
Exercise. I enjoy walking. I enjoy going to the gym.
Thinking about today's question, I believe I do need to find exercises I look forward to. Thanks for making me think. π€ͺ3 -
