    Pass Day on Thursday, March 10 but I was cool with it. I made healthy choices, I tracked my food, even made a good go of trying to accumulate 20 minutes of exercises by walking in between Zoom meetings. But I fail short. I gave an honest good go of it that I’m proud of.

    Since Friday, March 11th was 3✔️, but noticed I squeezed by caloric wise—I figured I’d set my intention early so I can set my mind up for success this weekend.

    One thing to be a better friend to myself- that is such a challenge! I think holding myself to account every day, taking myself for the walk and counting the calories....

    March 12:
    ✅✅✅ exercise today was 2 hours of giving massages.

    Had my son, DIL, my grandson, his g/f and their baby over to the house tonight for a birthday dinner (hard to believe my son is 41!) I made steaks on the grill, and instead of a birthday cake, he wanted one of my cherry cheesecakes. I had one spoonful - and that's it!! It was a good day!!

    Yes x3. Lower body strength.

    I think I could do more to speak positively and encourage myself. I don’t really have negative self talk… maybe neutral self talk. Words of affirmation is one of my love languages so why not make an effort to build myself up!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes- this morning I did a Shine Dance Fitness workout and then the rest of the day was spent with 4 of my grandkids. According to my FitBit, I went 5.5. miles and 40 minutes of activity.
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No - I went a little over today. My mom cooked a Birthday dinner for my son who is turning 37 on Monday.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? No - I think I missed a few things.
    This is pass day number 3 for me today.
