My exercise
I absolutely love spinning (only offered once a week realistically for me). I really enjoy my strength training class. I enjoy jogging. Not a huge fan of YouTube videos but better than nothing. I enjoy walking because I eplay Pokémon go and Pikmin and listen to an audio book if solo5 -

Enjoyment. I had to think about this. I don't cook. Every few months I'll make tacos. About as often, I'll cook my own lunch. I don't like to cook. Husband and son cook dinners. During the day I get by on left-overs and snacks things like yogurt, cottage cheese, nuts, maybe an apple. I enjoy spices, esp things that are in Indian food. The smells and taste of turmeric, cinnamon, curry-like things.
We've been doing Hello Fresh. I really have to watch portion sizes to stay in caloric range, but I like the flavors.
Exercise. I enjoy walking. I enjoy going to the gym.
