    Done! Thanked my husband for doing kitchen prep/dishes, thanked a coworker for regifting a poster to one of my libraries, and thanked a shopkeeper after she had rung up my purchase.

    Done! I read the first three chapters of the first HP book so well over four pages!

    ICY to spend at least five minutes pre-planning workouts and/or meals for the rest of this week. (Or next week if you're already set up for this week.)

    Done. We're going on a longer hike tmrw, and to a new place/new trail.

    ICY to do seven mins total in a challenging cardio activity. Could be seven on the stairclimber, or seven mins total as tabata on/offs doing HIIT moves. Just seven mins of something challenging as if it were Quidditch week and you needed some Chaser minutes. Push yourself for seven mins.
