ICY to do seven mins total in a challenging cardio activity. Could be seven on the stairclimber, or seven mins total as tabata on/offs doing HIIT moves. Just seven mins of something challenging as if it were Quidditch week and you needed some Chaser minutes. Push yourself for seven mins.0 -
