    I had a few low days where I barely walked but got in 10k yesterday and hoping to do the same today. My body needed me to go easy and I'm afraid to reinjure myself like I did last fall so I'm listening and taking days off as I need them but it's hard when you're in a roll not to just keep the momentum up

    @mypinkbikini, I am glad that you are listening to your body and taking those much needed rest days. It definitely is hard to do so when one is on an exercise roll. I'm proud of you.
    @VeggieGirlforLife all those LS miles/ workouts plus Jillian Michaels workouts for strength & toning daily 😱🤪😵. WoW! I was really happy to see you posting today 🌼 .

    My goal for this month will be to do a variety of exercise and/or yard/garden 🌷 🐛 work on most days.

    March 1: 90 minutes: indoor walking, cleaning the back patio and front porch and walkways. Bringing plants back outdoors and caring for them.
    March 2: 45 minutes: walking inside & Gazelle
    March 3: 60 minutes: yard work and raking leaves
    March 4: 90 minutes: grocery shopping and errands
    March 5: 65 minutes: walking inside & Gazelle & rebounder

    March 6: Rest Day 🦋
    March 7: 90 minutes: went to WM and several other errands
    March 8: 45 minutes: walking inside
    March 9: 50 minutes: walking inside & Gazelle & rebounder

    My body took a few more light days and then I worked my 6th day in a row yesterday and got another 5k steps in the course of the day. If I'm up to it today I'd really like to get a big burn in and do 12k steps so I came here for the inspiration.

    Love to see everyone showing up for the commitment!

    After my coffee I'll motivate to walk and then I plan to luxuriate in a long salt bath with my book this afternoon and put this week behind me. Thats my whole plan for today! Maybe with a little spring cleaning if I feel up to it but not a priority for today.

    Thanks @texasgardnr! I am pushing myself because I've gained a little bit and if I don't stay with this routine every day, I'll have a very hard time getting back to it. I am still modifying some of the Jillian moves like aerobic burpees..can't handle the stress on my shoulders and the jump back and up, but I am doing the majority of it and that feels like progress!

    @mypinkbikini a salt bath and a book sounds like perfection! I hope you enjoyed some relaxing!

    I ended up taking Sunday off and vegging with the dog on the couch all day. No regrets.

    Yesterday did a 30 minute family walk outside in the sun even though its still cold here. Today I ran for over an hour, slow jog for most of it but that's ok because it felt good and I did it.

    This week I'm just going to move every morning, no set amount of time or steps. Back in the habit of moving every day.
