SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Fridays

If I hit my goal this month it'll be 10kg lost so far which is big for me. If I can get to 124.6kg I'll have wiped off 7 years of gradual weight gain. Going to keep chipping away. My plan is to have my "gym" up and running this month. I made pretty good headway in clearing the room of junk last weekend. On the healthy habits front my aim is to come up with a weekend plan. Have healthier easily accessible snacks and meals and pre-fill my diary so I don't have to make any choices while I'm in front of the pantry. Good luck everyone!0 -

Can't edit my other post but going to switch my official weigh in day to Saturdays, I like to write a journal entry on the week that was and I intended doing that this time too but Mondays are tooooo busy and I don't end up writing it until mid-week when it's not fresh so switching back to Saturday!2 -

Hey everyone, hope you're having a good March so far! I've had a couple of big hurdles food wise this week. We had our 19th Wedding Anniversary so went out for dinner. I totally enjoyed myself and even had a couple of glasses of wine which is unusual for me. Estimated the calories when I got home and yikes, that was a days worth of calories just there! Also had a rewards lunch for work (burgers) and a friend over yesterday and we had takeaway as we were playing board games.
I've done my best to enter these each day so I know the damage and tried to keep a weekly deficit in the loss category and scraped in with a little loss week on week but Wednesday I was showing a 2lb loss so I definitely dented the weight loss but it's been a fun week and I made a lot of good choices (no donuts or cheesecake for workmates birthdays) which meant no gain. My measurements are also showing small losses on nearly all areas (damn you cankles!!!)
I'm so lucky that my workmates are very supportive of what I'm doing. If I say no they congratulate me on being strong and then take away the temptation. It's very sweet of them. My husband has also been super supportive and vocal about how proud he is. Having the cheer squad makes saying no that much easier. I'm very appreciative of them.
House delclutter is on the downward slide to complete. I'm actually starting to put stuff in their forever homes so it's actually starting to look better. I've got a few more shelves to sort in my new "gym" and then the equipment can move in. Hopefully next week it'll be set up. I bought some workout clothes this week in anticipation.2 -

Hi all,
This week sees no loss for me but I hit my goal weight for the month so pleased with that and looking forward to getting goal for next month which will be 10% of initial body weight loss. I had a fall at work this week and twisted my ankle. No serious damage but I've not been able to do anything, ankle is very sore and I came down on my knee across a metal grate so I have an interesting looking bruise on my knee and my hand. I managed to cobble together the couple of cupboards I'd planned for declutter today with a lot of groaning but I was having to do some weird contortions to avoid hurting my ankle so I guess that counts as exercise lol. Otherwise it's been me recovering and limping around. Hopefully it heals fully this week as I have a heap planned.

I saw this one coming haha. Me and my close friends have 4 birthdays in a row from March 30-April 1st so there was much drinking and merriment and I'm not mad about it :P Back to behaving now hehe0
