Short Term Goal Week of March 14-20, 2022

Any goals for the week? I'm only doing one this week: Get back to the gym and do at least one workout without hurting my dang self.

I'm not sure. I really really want to try at least one camp gladiator workout but not sure I should. Main goal is to get an appointment with a chiropractor as soon as possible. So, 2 goals. 🤞1

Goals for rest of week/till 20th
-complete a Darebee arm work out Level 1 by 3/19
-3 hours exercise (walking, strength, a yoga [chair or easy routine] flex workout by 3/19
-2 hours exercise (includes a KaylieCohenCycle class) on 3/20.
-No sweets other than fruit.

Doing a very happy dance over here🎉 Did a workout this morning. Had to be careful, I still have lower back pain and it still shoots down my leg. But it felt so good to use weights. 😊2

This goal is just for today (Wednesday) through Saturday or Sunday, as I do better with starting a 'week' on Monday:
-Drink 48+ oz of water daily AND log it
-Log all of my food and stay under 1300 calories (okay to offset with exercise calories burned)
-Log all of my exercise
-Do at least one vagus nerve reset meditation

-2 hours exercise ✔️(includes a KaylieCohenCycle class) ❌on 3/20. Exercise yes cycle no-instructor was sick, could/should have done previous class video but didn’t, did 1 1/2 hr walk in 74 degree sun with some wind, 3 days later-34 with rain/sleet/snow
-No sweets other than fruit.❌😢

As for me...
-Drink 48+ oz of water daily AND log it (50%, which is a fail so far.)
-Log all of my food and stay under 1300 calories (okay to offset with exercise calories burned) (another 50% fail. I've been eating lots of veggies & salads, and being mindful of what's going in, but I have not logged today.)
-Log all of my exercise (Check, so far!)
-Do at least one vagus nerve reset meditation (Have not done, yet. But, this one is coming. Probably manana.)

Do you mean the checkmarks/emoji’s…i’m on my iphone & those are all texting emojis I use. My problem is that since about 1 1/2-2weeks ago my phone keeps saying failed to upload when i try to post a photo now. I can still post photos on a laptop just not on phone…i’ve tried troubleshooting it several times but no luck yet. I tried asking tech support, but it is not an easy process, searches give me nothing, sent in problem got back an emsil asking me to answer/reply back to about 10 questions —who has time for that….frustrating for sure, but i guess from now on I need to only post pictures for any challenges 2x a week using my laptop-takes longer but at least that still works.
I am trying to be better about logging again, but I’m only at about 50% right now. What i really need to do is preplan/log AND stick with it….not get easily talked into eating snacks or grabbing some fast food instead of eating the homemade sandwich or item I brought,
