💡If you would like to participate in the challenge, please post a request to be seated to this Thread ONLY. You will be placed in the next open spot. Seats will be filled in order of sign-up according to the timestamp, (EDT), on the post. We will be seating people through Day 1 of the Challenge.

    I am retired, 69 years old, I have about 70 pounds to lose and I am active in martial arts training. If there is a team I might fit in, great. If not, any team will do. I am not completely sure how the challenge works, I've never done one, so a primer would be helpful. Thanks.
