Managed some yard work hauled some fire wood for the stove it was not really fun seeking out smaller pieces for kindling but… I also did 4.8 miles on my spin and some meditation. Tracked and logged now on to Monday I will see if I can implement my new morning exercise plan if I can just get back into the habit before the summer humidity hits I will be good.3 -

My husband took me for a drive out in the country. It was nice to get out of the house for a while this afternoon. It’s very dry out in our area. The rest of the day I was resting.4 -
April 10 - Sorry pals, I mixed up my dates. I was supposed to create the content today (I thought it was tomorrow). I guess better late than never, right?
I love the month of April. Slowly the days get warmer, the sun shines more, the days get longer, the grass turns from yellow to green, the buds start growing on the shrubs and trees -- it just feels like the earth is awakening after its long winter's nap.

April 10 - I logged all today and exercised but was over by about 200 calories. I will have to get back in the habit of logging before I eat, not after, in order to ensure I don't eat more than my calorie budget allows.5

My husband was at the local farmer's market today working a stall for the non-profit that we both volunteer at. The stall next door was selling amazing strawberries and the line wound its way in front of his booth, which was a bonus since while they were waiting, people were interested in finding about the non-profit. Second bonus, he came home with a full flat of the most delicious strawberries. I'm just hoping that some of them will last until Easter.3 -

I just looked & I am up 300 calories per day more than my usual for the past week.
And that in combination with lower exercise burn won’t end well. Besides the foot ankle and glutes, hips & muscle aches, I got some brown rice cakes. Not a big draw for me in the past. Well they are now, apparently.

SALT (to me) they are very lightly salted.
And then I add unsalted peanut butter which adds the FAT.

It was nice and sunny here (quite chilly) so I had a longer bike ride up the hill behind my house. No other exercise other than pottering around the house – lots of aches and pains made walking difficult.

Lol, I was reading one thing but thinking another. I went so far as to post on Monday before I realized something wasn't right! I just have so much going on atm. I was really focused on what I had to complete on the weekend to be ready for the work week.
