@ideas2 Thank you for your response. I am trying to work on getting the treadmill to become a second nature habit! I currently get on the treadmill after I have completed some morning tasks but like this morning sometimes things pop up and now I am a little behind schedule. When I get behind on my schedule sometimes the treadmill will get put off until tomorrow. However, I am working on having shorter posts, and maybe making the treadmill earlier in my morning routine. Thanks for your response it is food for thought!

@KCJen I have been having the same struggle with how to fit everything into my morning routine. I currently have 2 options:
    1. Check in on MFP first on the computer and make a long post, then do my 15 minute exercise program. Eat breakfast after getting my son up and am not ready to start work until 9, sometimes 9:15.
    2. Do my exercise first thing and eat breakfast before my son gets up, check in on MFP on my phone while eating breakfast (but only do a quick post). That has me ready to start work at 8:30.

I choose which to do based on what time I need to be ready for work. I have considered getting up earlier, but that does not work. I also have tried to go faster on MFP on my computer first thing - but that does not work.

I went back to retina specialist today and she said my eye is healing nicely. The retina is detached, and it's the scar tissue from the laser surgery I had in that eye in 2018 that's keeping my retina in place. (Its kinda like stapling the retina to the back of my eyeball!) Your retina doesn't re-attach, so since I have mine "stapled" from the 2018 surgery, I'm good! Lol. 😎

She wants to see me again in 3 weeks, and said that my vision should be back to "normal" by then. PRAISE THE LORD! And thank you all for your prayers for my eye!! I appreciate it! #Godisgood

Oh Teresa - again, I am sorry you’ve had this to deal with while there is so much else happening in your life. So happy to read your update and know that healing is underway. Keep taking good care and we’ll keep you in our thoughts and prayers. 💛 @Mrs_Hoffer

@seilidhe Congratulations on your new house! What an exciting time for you, especially if it is your first time buying a house. Now comes all the moving, buying things for it like curtains, doing the yard, many exciting activities...

I just had the new software pushed to my phone today. Anyone figured out how to post a newsfeed update from their phone now? No plus sign
