I had 3 yeses yesterday but then my 6 year old stayed up late because he has a cold, and he needed a snack and then I needed a snack too. I didn't track and it put me over I am pretty sure.2

I am a Champion. Had great fun with yesterday seeing beautiful scenery down around Carmel, CA but not much exercise. Then came home and old friends (some that I hadn't seen in several years) came over for drinks/appetizers and that pretty much blew my calorie budget. Great day apart from the 3 X's.1 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? yes
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes

Could you please explain the difference between Winner and Champion for us newbies?
Thank you.
Hi @Maggie_mc not sure if u recieved a response. A winner takes no more than 3 days a month whereas a champion is someone who has went over their 3 days a month but has still made the effort to report in Uac everyday. Hope that answers ur question. Xo0
