    I am wearing layers and making sure I have socks on. A great deal of the year I go barefoot in the house but not in winter!

    We are having such unusual weather for this time of year; we are having temps mainly in the 60’s and today a mix of sunny and cloudy skies.

    We had beautiful sunny weather today, not too hot and not too cold. We went for a drive and lunch in the mountains.

    It is in the 70's here in the mountains. Last night it was really cold to sleep. Even with flannel sheets, a thick blanket and a bedspread on I was still cold. Being at 8500 feet in altitude really makes a difference in the temperature.

    Last night was warmer so it was easier to sleep. Today it was 70 degrees when we left and now that we are back in the city it is 89 degrees and mostly cloudy.

    We are in a heat wave: Temps soaring into mid 80’s with plenty of sunny skies with an overnight temps sitting in the 50’s: compared to temps in the 80’s temps in the 50’s are freezing! 😳
