Reading blogs is informative and helps us get to know each other.
Please share each time you post a new blog so we can easily find and support you. Remember to add "5% Challenge" to the title so members from other teams can recognize you as a challenger.

@Lopeyp - To access your blogs, go to My Home (your newsfeed page) and select "My Blog" located on the lower blue bar at the top of the screen. That will take you to your blog page. Under your profile photo on the right, there are several options under "Tools". Click on "Preferences."
Blog Title and description - these are not related to specific blogs, but a general heading for all your blogs.
Your blog is viewable by (choices are Everyone, MFP Members, My Friends, Myself)
Note that whatever privacy choice you select, it will cover ALL your blogs, not just the one you are currently writing.
There are also options there which allow you to select the colors for your background, header, font, body, right column, and link. You can also change the font used.
Be sure to save your changes by clicking on "Save" at the bottom of the box.
If you want a notice in the newsfeed that you have created a new blog (only your friends will see it), then go back to your Home page and click on "Settings" located on the lower blue bar at the top of the page, or use this link: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/settings
Under #6, Automatic News Feed Update Settings - Be sure the box next to "I create a new blog post" is checked, and be sure to save your changes by clicking on the save button at the bottom of the screen.4 -
