Mornin' BBB.
Looks like the Michigan wedding was quite the celebration. Congrats to both families!
Prepped and planted vegetable garden yesterday. Took about 6 hours, needed ibuprofen and a nap afterwards.
Made some jalapeno applesauce with my smoked pork chops last night. DW made her famous coleslaw. Delicious every bite.
Anyone use a meater thermometer for roasting, grilling, or smoking? Amazing tool that bluetooths to your phone.
Hope all the dads had a nice Father's Day. The cat gave me a bottle of whiskey.

Good morning BBB friends.
Nice cat, Lee.
We had a family get-together at DS's house last night. DDIL grilled shrimp and sausages, with some salads and a really tasty homemade strawberry-rhubarb ice cream for dessert.
Sassy's tighty-whities were unstained this morning, so I guess she is through with that portion of her cycle. She is curled up in my lap, while I balance my laptop on the arm of my recliner.
Today's holiday is mostly just being observed by government agencies. Even schools are in session, here. This is the last week for our schools. They are making up excess snow days from last winter. DW has me driving her around this morning, then I am meeting DDIL's dad at his house to see if I can use some of the wood from a cherry tree he had cut down last week.0 -

I haven't been on FB, so I haven't seen pics of the nuptials yet, so no spoilers!
So, the couple invited our on their boat on 7/2 to see the fireworks on the lake and Cecilia eagerly accepted. The hosts replied that they were so excited that we were coming and there'd be another couple joining us as well. Cue the anxiety about fishbowls in 3..2..1..
It's not the same auction house, Skip. Our estate donor did a lot of mods to several of his cars and your auction house doesn't look like it plays that game.
It's going to be 100+ here through 7/4, at least.

Today might be a driving range bucket balls days. Haven't swung alot since all the back surgeries. Two of my pals want to go out to range - so I'm going to join and see how things feel.
Vette is supposed to ship out today. #anxious!

Nothing better than walking up at the lake on a Monday morning! I can work from here now, its great.

- Several of the BS staff have tested positive with Covid. I took a home test last night. Negative.
- Sounds like a grand ole time in MI on Saturday. So happy for Jamie.
- So, a cat walks into a liquor store....
- Cranking up the motorbike and going for a lunch ride. It's no wonder I am gaining weight.

Morning BBB
We drove north to Mt St Helen’s yesterday for a hike and siteseeing. It did not disappoint. It was pretty cloudy and a few sprinkles.. I can’t imagine how beautiful in the sun.
Today we drive south to our next stay. We will go via Crater Lake. It’s so snowy there only half of the loop is open.
Can’t wait to see more wedding photos.0
