Hello, Monday I am starting the Mediterranean Diet, I have been reading books and have a meal plan I am going to follow. I did all of my shopping today for the first three days so that way I don't feel overwhelmed. Once I learn the process and more about the diet I will need ideas for recipes and so that is why I wanted to join this group. Feel free to add me as a friend if you wish on here.
