Up early to go fishing with my neighbors. Kids left for home last night. Its just me and Tom til Sat. Woohoo!

The trail was surprisingly deserted yesterday. I guess everyone did their hiking over the weekend. I didn't see anyone else until after lunch. I like that solitude.
Fishing sounds like a great idea. But I have to go grocery shopping this morning. Dining with DS and family tonight.0 -

I've been voted off the island at the office, so I'm WFH which I absolutely hate.0 -
Morning BBB
Today going to try a 20 mile bike loop. Several rolling hills and a biggish climb near the beginning but down that same hill on the way home. Only going to be 103 today.
Then board game test bar this evening. Might make a big lunch and go early and play a game or two in our own. I miss having Chesstur the beagle here but nice not have to think about being gone all day.

- Voted off the island. Not good Lou. I hope you are better soon.
- Nice day with DW yesterday. Lunch at Ricardo's, ice cream at Scoops and shoe shopping. Oh, and while we were in the bigger town, a trip to Wally World.
- Breakfast ride this morning to beat the heat. All while you were bending and stretching Sam.
- We are in the dog days of summer.

We fished from about 7am to 930 am and caught 24 keeper blue gill and crappie. Let go another 15 or so to grow bigger.... had a blast!
