Hello, everyone! I got my surgery date last week for June 13! I’m excited to see changes, I have always struggled with my weight and body image. Looking to make connections as well as tips and tricks! Today I started making the diet changes that I will ended up doing two weeks pre-op. I feel good about today. I would love to hear about the changes that you have seen since getting the surgery!
