    Good evening everyone.
    Check in for 8/2:
    Steps - 6437
Calories - 2560. To much snacking.
Exercise - none. Had to add daughter to car insurance this morning so she can get her license. Shopped at the mall, I was the mule. Jury duty in the morning so no gym tonight.

    Steps for 8/1 - 5312

When do you find snacking the worse?

It's official, I'm no longer extra large! Just bought a new jacket in the summer sales and the extra large was too big. So happy to be large!

    Awesome NSV!

Happy about my loss. I watched a YouTube motivational video the other day and this quote keeps running through my mind when I am tempted to make poor choices. “ If you don’t sacrifice for what you want, what you want will become the sacrifice”. One cookie is a very small sacrifice for me to make in order to gain the health and body I want. One little sacrifice after another. :)

Fantastic loss! I really like that quote.

The gain wasn’t as bad as I feared. The scales asked me if it was my weight as there was such a big drop from the day before. Monday and Tuesday my weight was over 200. I moved my weigh day to Wednesday from Friday for a change. My reasoning for Friday weigh in went back to my WW days. I went with a friend and we figured Friday weigh in gave us time to recover from a weekend indulgence. 😆

No pool today. I slept in and there are some things I have to get done around the apartment before my doctors appointment after lunch. Yesterday I did laps and legs. My lap time is way down but I am sure it will improve in the next few weeks. For today, I am going to get some mini walks in to ensure I get my 4K steps.

I gained 3 pounds the week after recovering from Covid. Just kept telling myself it's because I didn't eat for a week because this normally would have crushed me.

I gained 1.6 pounds over the last few weeks. The first week was just from eating a bit more this weeks gain was everything tasted good so I ate way too much. I think we have to expect a gain from a loss which is a result of an illness.

I was down another lb, but gave it back with a little overeating the last few days. I'm back in the gym now, so I can do some low impact cardio without aggravating injuries. Looking forward to a successful August.

Ok, so I had very early morning today and I totally forgot to get on the scale this morning 😕

I hope it's OK that I weigh in tomorrow 😎

Do you do Pilates at a gym? I am wondering if it is something I could do even with my back issues.

Oh no! 😱 up 1 lb mid week. On vacation with the family this week and I need to be more selective with menu choices.
