Good Morning. Just checking out posts in here. Not too good at this but I am on a weight loss journey too and would love to connect with someone who needs support, gives support and suggestions. I want to try meal prep but get side tracked sometimes. weigh 212 now, goal is to first get under 200 and then ultimate goal 180. no one else in my family has a weight issue. I was up to almost 300 at one point.

I do meal prep sometimes I will cook and bake Saturday. I will make oatmeal scope it will a small spoon on a cookie sheet I put them in the freezer then when I went oatmeal is made and you can go in freezer it help me.
I drink 24 or 32 oz of water.
Do you like frozen fruit ?0
