LoL, Kelly. Been in that same conundrum. About the time I break off computer and change a squall comes through.
Nice here at beach. Today is sunny / 85 forecast. A few hours on the beach and a few hour late afternoon at conf.
Tucker had a long day of Dogtopia yesterday but DN reports he’s having a great time without us.

Good morning BBB friends.
Sassy is restricted to the hardwood in the kitchen, right now, after waking Rita up by throwing up on the bedroom carpet, this morning. Something she ate, I am sure. We can't find a toy she can chew without tearing off pieces and swallowing them - with predictable results.
Warm and humid today, after hot and dry for the last few days. Lawn mowing is on my docket.0 -

Well, I can think of worse ways to get left high and dry, Kelly.
Trying to cool down after running dogs this morning by sitting in front of a fan.
Mary, did I mention somewhere about the girls dock diving? Yes, they always have a great time doing water retrieves, but the dock diving is probably more fun for me watching them catch air. Tried to get DW to take some photos/videos but she wimped out (not a fan of lake water).
Hope Sassy's gut settles.
Tucker misses you, but DN is obviously a good substitute.

Morning BBB
We are headed to the Desert Botanical garden this morning then if not too hot a hike nearby. Not much will be in bloom but should be interesting anyway.
We often jump into the pool to cool off after bike ride. Even if it’s overcast or sprinkling. The shower just doesn’t get very cool here so pool is faster.0 -

DMIL has gotten where she comes up and downstairs without letting anyone know she is going to do it, came up this morning before we got up
If one is getting in the pool and it starts raining one is going to be wet either way, what does it matter, only worry is lighting.
We were told high 80's this week, when I went to lodge at 6 p.m. yesterday it was 91

- Good session with my Emmaus Reunion group.
- Sounds like it is scorching in the NE. Not too bad here for August, mid to upper 80s for a high. It is humid but then again it is GA.
- Been binging The Firm tv show on Amazon Prime. Apparently, it is from 2012. How did I miss that? Loved the movie.
- Get well Sassy.
- I imagine desert landscaping is going to start spreading across more sections of the country. Water is extremely expensive in our area.

Dave have you tried the Classic red Kong dog toy. I'd bet Sassy can't chew that up?
My mothers sister in law reached out to me after 15yrs. of no word . Shes 85yo and wants to come visit.hmmm interesting.
Lee are pigs ears, rawhide and the like type stuff etc good or bad for Dogs? I always heard bad. Can tear up dogs internal tissues and require emergency surgery?? What you say?
Its a Perfect 75F here today. No AC on yay!

Morning bbb
Botanical garden was super interesting. Wish we had been here in spring to catch more flowers. It started to rain on us just as we were about to leave so only missed the gift shop where we wouldn’t have brought anything anyway. Then a pleasant drive around Scottsdale.
It’s been much more humid in Arizona this year than last. I was a sweaty mess yesterday and it was only in the 80’s when we were out.0
