    Good morning!

I got the bedroom furniture all back where it goes, and Connie rehung pictures. I slept much better last night.

Now, our five year old dishwasher is making an awful noise. I washed two days of dishes by hand last night after I moved all of the bedroom furniture. "The guy" is being called today.

My boss is on his way to Jamaica, so I get to be boss for the next week plus. On top of that, there is a trade show next week so the general sales manager and the semi-retired CEO will be at that for three days. I will be the only officer around, stuck with the production manager that I disdain. I did ask Dan yesterday that if anyone created high drama while he was gone if I could fire them. He said that I could fire them, shoot them, or do anything that I wanted.

Have any of you every tried spinal decompression? I tried that on Tuesday at my chiropractor's office. I really think it has made a difference. Even with moving the furniture I feel better than I have. I believe it has made a difference.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Hope all went well with Sam's second cataract surgery.

Got up early. Think I'll go fishing.

    Good Morning

I had a rather unproductive day yesterday. But I did get out early for a one mile walk to get some cardio going. My back protested so then I worked on getting some of the spasms to release a bit, and then did some basic stretches for it. I used one of those “massage guns” which are like hand held jackhammers. My son gave it to his mom. Did the trick once I found the right spots. Energy level was really low so I rested all day in a bit of a fog. Feeling much better today so I hope to be more productive and get some cleaning done and get back on my document decluttering project. Yesterday I avoided the stairs and using the car. Perhaps I will drive somewhere to do my walk. Exciting times.

Eye has fluid buildup, can't see anything; could take a while to clear but eye is good
Decompression on Vax D table, healed my back when two different orthopedics said only course was surgery. Took a good many sessions, glad my business partner is a chiropractor. That has been a few years.

Another late check-in. Skipped piano class today and got together with DS and his GF to go paddling/swimming. She has a folding kayak/standup board. He swam the 1.1 miles. He looks terrific, almost down to his old slender weight. Gigantic pot belly gone. I did an early dawn hike near the pond, along a river that looks even drier than earlier this summer. Hope we get some rain soon.

Please don't shoot anybody, Steve. I don't think they'll let you continue on the Men's Health discussion board where you would end up...
