    Morning~

    Up early to spend some time with Tucker! Home late last night after driving through a hellish storm all the way from DELMARVA to DC. Ugh. Thankfully, DW likes to drive. I just did homework on computer.

    DF arrives later today - not sure WTH we'll do for a full week. We have a Vette show on Saturday - thats it.

    Trying to spend a few hours this morning catching up on email

    I want to be back at the beach!

    **Update - apparently "Scooter the Siamese" has been in the Pet ER all night. This cat has been my Dad's pride and joy for a decade. He didn't say what the issues are just that its serious and may need to cancel trip today. Ugh! Even if he comes he'll be anxious about the cat's status. I hope he just stays home.

    • Funeral for a friend who lost his battle to cancer later this morning.
    • Highs in the 80s continue here. A very pleasant August in GA.
    • I wonder how the artwork in Sturgis is going.

    Good afternoon BBB friends.

    Just got home from a morning fishing expedition. Caught my limit of rainbows and got home in time for lunch.

    Hope the eye improves quickly, Sam.

    DW wants to do some more shopping for DGD's birthday (she will be 9 on Sunday). That's my afternoon, I guess.
