No action thriller movies made about veterinarians, just saying.
Dog training was very good. Big group of people and dogs and we were able to simulate a trial.
Just catching up on weekly chores today.

Good morning!
Of all things... Last night I went to pick some tomatoes. As I was walking toward the garden I saw a large woodchuck leaving the garden and he crawled under my shed. I have several half tomatoes now. Speaking of armed accountants that woodchuck might just meet a .22.
My weight was up .2 this week. I am making improvements to my diet but I still have work to do.
It will be warmer today but I do need to mow the yard.

Yup saw a big racoon this morning coming out from my lower deck. Hrmph!
I had to chuckle at the accounting banter. I am definitely not cut out to be a #@^%$ing bean counter. Fortunately DW likes it.
Oh and Latin??? "Arma virumque cano Trojae qui primus aboris...." just stop me now. I had to memorize the first 20 lines of the Aeneid fo Latin. How useful was that????
It is definitely cooler yesterday and today since our hot temps last Wed and Thur morning. My freehub for the rear cassette broke on a ride last Wed. Drat it all. I did have a spare wheel that is in very good shape which I have since put on. I also ordered a fancy belt driven light weight bike to ride in bad weather, shopping and also fornice local rides and hill climbs too. It has internal gears and a carbon belt drive with a nice range of gears.0 -

Too much tennis, combined with the rain delays made for a rather inactive day instead of the morning of couching it I planned. I will tape today's finals and watch later. Today's excitement is a trip to the Library to replace Heather's card and then to build on that a trip to the mall so Heather can go to Pandora since she received a gift from a student's Mom. I don't remember the last time I was at the mall. We can do a couple of air-conditioned laps while we are there. At some point, we will find some lunch too.0 -
