Today is my bosses LAST full day in the office. Next week he will out process. I emcee his retirement on Thursday next week and a retirement dinner Friday. I'm sooooo happy for him. But selfishly sad too.

My weekend involves packing for Atlanta and the donor retreat next week. And a child's birthday party. *sigh*0 -

Lisa, we will have sides also and let Skip do another meal.
Should not have started project with others, I had planned on having shower done this afternoon except for grout that I would finish Saturday morning. Others decided to stop work till Monday afternoon because they had other commitments. Since I'm busy Monday morning with yoga class they said they would wait. I try to plan out my time; changing schedule effects other projects as well as inconveniencing people whose home we are working on. Plus, they did not want me working project alone.
Dennis, ride safe; many riders when they get together let egos and hormones override skills and common sense.

Good morning BBB friends.
Cool and cloudy, today. I'll ask the annual question, "Where did summer go?"
Rita is the same: not terrible but still coughing. She is masking when we are in the same room, and I sleep on the couch downstairs (so I don't have to make the bed in a guest room). Sassy is adaptable. She tucks Rita in, then, after 10 or 15 minutes, comes down and sleeps next to me.

Should be sunny mid 80's Sat. last of the summer heat I'm sure.
Lake neighbors bought us some "today picked sweet bi colored corn on cob", since they'd be all gone by the time we get there tonite. So nice of them! Love my lake neighbors! 50lbs bag of freshof red or Yukon potatoes for sale too for 9.95. Cheap! But I'm passing...too many.... and I don't feel like finding transporting to split up with others...
