Cool and breezy in the hills of the New York Southern Tier.
Good day for a dog trial.

    Be OP ;-)

    Morning …

Frost overnight. Watched Holy Cross defeat Bucknell 57-0 yesterday. DGS carried for some good yardage, too.

Seems like the more decluttering I do the messier it gets.

Haven’t exercised since Tuesday and I feel it.

Lee good luck with the dog trials

    Good morning gentlemen.

Cool and breezy and out with the dogs sounds like a good day.

We're looking at 78 and sunny here. It's like we're back in Texas. Western Washington had the driest summer since at least 1931 and we're having the driest October ever. Normal rainfall for October is about 3.5 inches. So far, we've had zero - with none in the forecast for at least another week.

Exciting and improbable win for the Mariners, yesterday, followed by a big win for the Ducks. Happy times.

    Good Morning

We wrap up our short trip to SoCal today and head home. Probably the last time we will be back down here. The Celebration of Life gathering was quite wonderful and healing. Heather was able to visit with the folks she grew up with. We went for a walk over at the Five Colleges, primarily Claremont McKenna. There is some shade over there since it was 89. My pain level was quite high but I did my best and eventually, it eased up. Spent a lot of time working on various spasms and then tensed. Today we get out early hoping to stop for a walk at Descanso Gardens, one of the two gardens we frequented for walking and talking when I was a young impoverished seminary student trying to woo a cute redheaded coed in my poverty. We could get in for a quarter with our student ids back then. Now it is $11. Then we cut over to Interstate 5 and head home. Pretty good food choices and we have managed to average 9K steps despite all the driving.

    Good morning!

Bill, it sounds like you and Heather are having a good despite the circumstances and pain. Safe travels.

    Lee, good luck today!

I'm hoping for a quiet day today. I'm just tired.

    Have a great day!
