    Good morning!

Tonight is possibly the night that I become a billionaire with Powerball.
We rarely buy tickets, but when it gets this high, we'll at least buy one.

Yesterday, we were minus two ladies in the office. One has a four-year-old son with a fever, and the other had scheduled engagement pictures. I'm hoping that we have a full squad again today.

My weight got back to 200.2 pounds. Once again I have gained back everything that I lost. I have noticed that this runs in three month cycles with me. Sigh.... No more cookies here.

    Have a great day!

    Morning....

I am prone to drive-by muffin encounters, which has to stop or will come to no good. Weight still hovers around 193, should be 170 or less, which hasn't happened since early 2000's.

Yesterday was another day of binge-watching piano rebuilding videos, so I'm turning off the phone and computer, and putting on the hiking boots.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Good Morning,
    Happy Humping!
Busy week, been painting at lodge after yoga class will start putting in shower with neighborhood missions. Once they found out I could tile they keep a list of projects that needs to be done. I've got where I scrutinize projects many are not in need and just want something for free.

    Good morning gentlemen.

You're a good man, Sam. It's a shame there are those out there looking to abuse charitable offers.

Rita wants to shop for DGS' birthday (Dec. 2), so I am doomed to roam the stores, attempting to look enthusiastic, rather than impatiently tolerant.

    Good Morning

    You will survive Dave.

We had actual rain yesterday, only .25 inch but rain, not from a day of on and off drizzle. We might get a little more this coming week. We get a little crazy about such things as the years of drought extend and the rainy season is supposed to be starting. At least there was some snow in the mountains which is what we really need. Steve, my total loss for the year per my physical was 1 lb. It has been a rough year. I have been asked to consider some other options for weight loss up to and including surgery. What I am doing is not working, it isn't the plan it is me. I have all the motivational reasons I need, mainly pain issues. I am taking the next month until I meet again with the Nutrition nurse to think through what I have learned over the years and make some decisions. I think the answer begins less with muscling through weight loss and more with understanding weakness and walking forward appropriately. It is doable, we all know that.

Ooooh gotta love it with the drive-by muffin attacks!! Hang in there Bill with the pain issues.
Getting cold here. We may even have some snowflakes mixed with rain at night toward the end of next week.
Chilly rainy ride this a.m. in the upper 30s w rain. brrrrrr. Our Mt Hood is looking better with snow falling on its top.
Good luck Dave looking enthusiastic shopping. Just poke my eye out with a sharp stick I say rather than shop.
My new hearing aid guy was slightly less enthusiastic yesterday. His new office manager phoned in and said "I am going to California for a family emergency and don't know when I'll be back." He had all his calls transferred to another location.

    Stay comfy all!
