Looking for advice on how many calories everyone is consuming. My surgeon will only tell me 75-85 grams of protein. Sometimes that is 500-600 calories and sometimes it is around 1000. Just trying to get a range to target, I know everyone is different.

I think you should talk to a dietitian about it. Everything I’ve seen recommends around 1,000 calories and that doesn’t account for exercise.1

I am 3+ years out. Gained 11 covid pounds. But I also never got to goal. I go from 199 to 203....aaagggghhhhh! I know it's a mind thing for me, but I can't get past one day of sticking to what I should be eating. Surgery is amazing, was not expecting the head games to return. Anyone..help!0
