    Hope Skip is catching up on rest and is more comfortable.

    Wanted to watch Seahawks, yesterday, but Rita had other ideas, so I was driving her, instead. That's OK. I caught some of the game on the radio, and there are lots of highlights online.

    Been doing way too much munching on sweet stuff, lately. Will attempt to turn over a new leaf, today.

    I wanted to.watxh football yesterday too, but we got home so late I was forced to watch the LA/Tampa game. It was terrible.

    I'm off to Nashville on Wednesday for a conference, so I'm joining Dave in the making better decisions camp before I make the predictable bad ones later this week.

    I'm on way out to drop Escape at Ford. Warranty recall. Oil change. Tire rotation. Taking their courtesy shuttle back home to plug into work.

    • It is supposed to hit 80° today, probably the last time this year. I think that calls for some motorcycle time.

    Just getting up late (day two of sleeping in).

    Didn't move far from bed yesterday - watching Yellowstone re-runs. Appetite is still pretty "blah" but everything soft has gone down w/out incident.

    Took today and will likely take off tomorrow too. Nothing hot that I have to rush back to work for.

    Hope Steph/Ron made it safe!

    Big loss for Commanders yesterday. Bigger loss in Nascar with news of Coach Gibbs son, Coy. #RIP.

    Today is catching up on school work.

    Day started out very foggy but has burned off and expecting record high
    Working at lodge today, tomorrow will install tile in bath hoping to grout Wednesday; Thursday taking DW to Smokey Mountains for a few days. She loves mountains I prefer the beach
