    Good morning!

Connie is still very sick. She is going to call the doctor today, as today is day 8.

We could see our first measurable snow tonight into tomorrow. I hate driving in snow.

It promises to be a busy day/week at work. Nothing different there.

Congratulations again Dave, on a successful bazaar. I agree with the others. A true artist struggles with letting go of the good ones.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

Nice afternoon with dogs chasing hold over birds on my favorite club grounds. Gotta wear high rubber boots when hunting there because of all the water but it is great for dogs when they get hot. Always some water to cool off in nearby.
Poor Connie. Definitely time to see the doctor.

    Be OP ;-)

    Morning…

Cold and sunny here. Pat’s didn’t play yesterday but I got to watch “Red Zone” coverage with DS, who loves it. I hate it—every 20-30 seconds they switch to another game. It’s like having a hyperactive child in charge of the remote, only worse.

My place is still a hopeless cluttered mess, although maybe a little better. And I’ve had the decluttering book since last April. Lately I’ve been thinking I should buy a bigger place, or rent storage, or build/buy some storage cabinets. Have decided not doing any of that. I realized last week I should first start sifting through all the things I have and let go of what I don’t need or use. That’ll make some room, and only then can I start putting away the clutter.

Am rereading Paradise Below Zero as wintery weather settles in again.

DGD (19) is pretty sick with a terrible cough & sore throat, not COVID, strep or flu. RSV is going around and making people very sick, maybe it’s that.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Good morning gentlemen.

Sorry about Connie, Steve. Hope she gets better soon - and that you avoid infection.

Really bad football weekend for yours truly. I root for the Ducks and Seahawks - both lost. I root for former Duck QBs Herbert and Mariota - both lost. So it goes.

Dental appointment this morning, to replace an old filling.

I also need to make a doctor appointment to talk about my hip pain. The pain is on both the outside of my hip and in my glute, and my right leg sometimes feels as though it wants to just give out. That seems like some sort of neurological issue. It has gotten to where I can't even take Sassy for a walk without a lot of discomfort. Yesterday our DS asked us to go with them to look at salmon spawning in a nature preserve and I had to pass because walking around the church was causing me to limp and wince. Need to get to the bottom of this and fix it.

    Good Morning

Dave, I am sorry you are hurting and unable to walk without issues. Get that appointment made. I agree, it sounds like a nerve irritation issue.

Another night without much sleep. Heather came home from her weekend away after dropping her sister off at the airport this morning. She texted me at 5:30 about a warning light in the car which was enough to get me in touch with various aches and pains, not to mention my bladder, so I just tried to get comfortable and rest till I had to get up. I did get going again on de-cluttering yesterday to the extent that I could. I hope to get back to doing a bit each day. I need to stay active and fight the desire to shut down till things feel better, otherwise nothing is getting done.
