Alas, I might've let my temper and ire get the best of me and told a certain SVP of a major builder how he might spend the rest of the afternoon......Soooo, Blue Ridge is out! With $250k lot premiums on a house that is just over $500k - is ludicrous - simply ludicrous. The comps do not support it and the market surely does not support it. DW and I dressed down and told to accept it or move on - no pun intended. The hunt continues.
Today/tomorrow is modified fasting (liquids only) in preparation for Friday's next attempt to fix the esophagus/stomach plumbing.
Sam - you got alot of great recommendations yesterday - hope you find a great gift from the BBB recommendations!
WITW is Raine and Lisa! Miss them as regulars!
TCU got a snub from the Bowl gods.....I hope they trounce K/State on Saturday in the Big 12....the Bowl elite are in for a rude awakening. You simply cannot ignore the talent TCU has displayed and they deserve to be in the CFP!

Sadly, these real estate wheelers and dealers are responding the high demand and scarcity of properties. But glad that they got to feel a bit of outrage yesterday. You never know when a well timed (and well deserved) scolding will have a positive effect. Maybe not for you, but maybe for whoever comes next.

TCU is in the top four. What's the problem with that? They're in the playoff, if they win the Big 12 championship over Kansas State.

- Bummer, I lost my Blude Ridge guest room.
- I'm with Dave, I don't understand the concern about TCU. They are #4 and playing in the Big 12 championship and still a favorite for the CFP. GA is #1 and playing in the SEC championship.
- I saw this and had to smile. There is a coin shortage. America is officially out of common sense.
