    Total WL/G for the month: -4.5lb

    So I think my total weight loss for this month was actually 1lb, because I'm sure when I weighed myself on Monday it was 257, but my scales won't save my weight, and I've deleted the picture I took of the scales because I thought it was recorded! So if I don't have it written down it doesn't exist, right? ;)
