Wide awake - cannot seem to get comfortable - as a result, cannot sleep. Amazon will be happy!
Popped positive on the PCR test just before surgery that was 3 hours late today. I thought they were going to CNX and send me home. Instead, they proceeded and I am in a private - positive pressure room. Haven't seen doc myself yet- but he indicated to DW positives. Time will tell. WI today prior to surgery - #184. Thats Lifetime #'s plus 11#!!!!
Home tomorrow to rest! I trust my sidekick will be in bed with me......we are awaiting contract for Del Webb community. They notified us they accepted our offer (last remaining homesites and they are motivated to close out community sales before 12.31.22)! Lots to do before now and April to list current home; close; pack; and move by end of July and be a cool Del Webber like Dennis and Kris!
Thinking about our CT friends today!

Good morning BBB Friends.
- It's rarely a good thing when someone gets us started at 3:13am. I hope you got some sleep Skip. I'll teach you the secret handshake later. Of course, you must become a ROMEO.
- I found a good deal on a windshield for Stella yesterday, so she is now decked out for winter.
- Utah kicked USCs butt last night. That will send the CFP people scrambling. Some good football on tap today including the SEC Championship.
- I'm off to church this morning for a Christmas concert rehearsal.

Just got me wee boat back from getting winterized. Now to cover it and tuck it away.
Rain and wind this am, so am drinking lots of joe and clickety clacking on the keyboard. Mornings have been and little hectic this week. Nice to have a relaxed morning off.
Interesting comment from Steph about Cuba. Glad they enjoyed but even more glad they are coming home.

Yeah, USC face planted last night. I have mixed feelings: it pushes everyone else in the PAC12 down a rung on the bowl ladder, but it is always nice to see USC get embarrassed. Looking forward to REAL football this morning - USA v. Netherlands. I love soccer and it doesn't get better that the World Cup.
DGS 7th birthday party last night - I did OK on pizza and cake. The kids came home with us, so their parents can go to a World Cup watch party at a local pub at 7 a.m. local time.0 -
