    yes x 3. Bike 60 min. Was just going to bike and little but had to keep going to burn off the extra calories. Will do better tomorrow.

    Ok so I am still figuring out how this works, I can't find what I thought I posted for the 2nd. So forgive me if I'm repeating myself ..
