My name is Lauren and I am 33 years old. I am 5 months post op and have lost 105lbs! It has been a journey but I am so happy that I had VSG and have developed the habits that have helped me be successful.

I look forward to engaging with others as we navigate together.

    Congratulations on your success thus far! It's nice to meet you. I'm almost 4 weeks post-op and have hit a stall - posts like this give me hope and remind me of the importance of staying positive.
