Counting down until my knee surgery on 4/19? Anyone have any tips to share?

    I have a couple of goals for this month one of which is daily tracking. The other is 30 minutes of walking, which helps me get to current ultimate goal of 6000 steps per day. I did the plan for 6000 steps which really gave me some insight, daily goal setting help, and hints to get there

    Very nice goals. My goals for April are to walk at least 3500 steps, 5/6 times a week (knee replacement on 4/19), aerobic exercise 5-6 times a week, eat vegetables and/or fruit every meal. Have a great rest of the week!!
