Sorry about the diagnosis of OSSN, Bob. Are they thinking medical or surgical treatment? Or a little of both?

Grandson still has not arrived, or even started knocking. DDIL is probably at hospital now getting evaluated for induction.
Heading over the pond today...it'll be 9 AM tomorrow morning when we land in Nuremberg, Germany, and raining. We were hoping grandson would already be born. Feeling a bit nervous about DDIL and baby.
Mid grade seats...DW didn't want to spring for business class, so my seat might be a little cramped for my frame. DW is 5'8" and weighs 110 lbs on a good day. I am currently 265 lbs and 6' 1". Maybe I should get the tickets next time.
Sorry about the heat wave, Steve. The NE is gonna get a taste of it while we are away. Hope it doesn't cook my tomato plants.

    Be OP ;-)

    Good morning!

Lee, have a FANTASTIC trip! I hope that you will be able to welcome a new grandchild into the world when you arrive. Prayers for safe travel.

Bob, sincere and earnest prayer headed your way.

Our low was 81 this morning. It might get a little warm today. Ugh! I spend almost all day in air conditioning, so that helps. Our factory, however, is not air conditioned, so I feel for the employees.

Bill, Sam, continuing to hold both of you in prayer, as well.

    Have a great day!

    Good morning gentlemen.

Hope you have an aisle seat, Lee. Have an uneventful journey. Looking forward to hearing about the new grandson, when he arrives.

    Praying for you, Bob.

I have an appointment with my PCM this morning, to evaluate my stiff/painful neck. I have an MRI scheduled for my lower spine on Sunday morning and hope they can include my neck while I'm in the tube anyway. That would probably be too easy. I'm sure I'll be sent for x-rays today. My neck has been hurting and stiff for about three months, now, with pain occasionally radiating into my right shoulder and upper arm. Getting comfortable to sleep is problematic.

    Good Morning

Safe travels Lee. I look forward to seeing pictures of your grandson.

I am glad you are doing better Sam, but will continue to pray.

Dave, I am glad you are getting the lower back MRI, but it won't get the cervical spine. In my case the lumbar spine MRI explained much of my problems. I have found my neck pain and stiffness tends to come from sitting in my chair and leaning my neck forward to read etc. A pillow behind my shoulder blades and head seems to help it quite a bit. I need to do some neck work.

I had a tough day yesterday. I ran out of energy midday and my back tightened up. I had to shut down and take it easy. I hit the Cyclobenzaprine after dinner which eased the spasms. Today I will just stretch and do some mobility work and work on getting the back somewhat happy again.
