Mornin' gents.

Got home safely after 20 hrs of rail, plane, and car travel.
How did the tri-tip turn out on the weber, Bill? There was a Weber store in the Ansbach modern mall that had Weber grills (gas and charcoal), flat tops, and accessories that I have never seen in the US in a store or online. A-mazing place.
Picking up my girls from training kennel tonight.
Glad you guys have Vegas, Dave. You guys seem to always have a good time.
Easy does it, Sam.

Be OP ;-)

    Good morning!

Lee, I'm glad that you arrived home safely. It sounds like you had a wonderful trip. Your dogs will be happy to see you again too.

Sam, how did you do with Yoga. Everything OK at the doc?

Bill, I hope your tri-tip turned out well.

I've never been to Las Vegas, although it sounds fun. I know several people that refer to Vegas as "Lost Wages".

We are expecting storms here today.

I'm meeting with the company owner and bank VP today and then they are taking me to lunch.

Prayers for healing. Bob, I pray that you are recovering well.

    Have a great day!

    Morning…

We had two tornadoes in Massachusetts yesterday—EF-1 and EF-0. I ran into heavy rain on my morning drive to DS’s house, and then torrential rain on the way home, but nothing more.

I finished tuning their “new” piano. Took way longer than expected because the software hiccuped 3/4 the way through and I had to start over. Ughhh. In the end it sounded really great, so I was pleased.

No real exercise yesterday, but I walked 20 minutes from their house to the lake behind it and back.

PT this afternoon, after piano classes. My elbow still isn’t feeling any better.

Laddy is a very nice name. I like it.

Having trouble staying away from baked goods. Everywhere I go people offer me stuff they made. And it looks and smells tempting. “Just say no” is a start, I suppose.

    Good Morning,
    Happy Humping,
Cardiologist said everything looked OK but put me back to six-month appointment instead of yearly. Also believes I need an MRI on head and neck, reckon will send report to primary physician.
Welcome back Lee, hope you have a did couple days to recover from traveling, know girls will be glad to see you.
Mike, believe you do more than you realize; but like most of us food just calls out to us and loves us so it wants to stick around; mainly my belly.
    Prayers for Bob and Bill.
    Enjoy lunch Steve.

    Good morning gentlemen.

DGD's birthday is this coming Monday, so she has yet to see the cat stool. She is a polite kid, so she will gush how much she likes it, whether she does or not.

I can imagine the welcome Lee got from his pups.

Hope you all have a great day.

    Good Morning

    Welcome home Lee!

The Tri-Tip was a bust. It smelled a bit off when I pulled it out of the fridge so I didn't risk it. Switched to goulash since I had some stew meat defrosting and then realized we packed all the pots & pans big enough to make goulash in. So I picked up a small meatloaf at Safeway and we had sandwiches. We are heading over to storage to take over a few things and find the box with the big deep cast iron pan that I can use for stews and roasting. So goulash tonight, a new tri-tip tomorrow. Yesterday was a unhappy back day. It siezed up about 3/4 of a mile into my walk and I couldn't get it to cheer up. I also had to wipe out the oven after we ran the cleaning cycle which didn't help. A Tramadol day of rest. A bit better today. I was able to walk a mile before it started getting sore. Ice, tens and tylenol today. Yesterday I scheduled my physical and annual cardiology appt since we are sticking around. Today I will call the Pain Drs office and get one with them as well, just in case I can't get it under control
