    Good morning!

This morning, my weight was 189.8. This is the first time my weight has been under 190 in at least a couple of years. On May 19, my birthday, I weighed 201.4. Progress is being made!

Dave, I'm glad that the shot is already helping. I hope your test yesterday also went well.

Yesterday, Frankie rolled in some sort of critter poop in our back yard. She stunk! At least it was not a skunk. Connie tried to wash some of it off. For some reason, Frankie won't let Connie wipe her with a cloth or a towel. In the evening, I washed Frankie real well with a lot of watermelon shampoo. She did not balk a bit. I washed her in the driveway, and then used three old towels trying to get her a little dryer. Her being a border collie/blue healer mix, she has a very thick coat. She seems to be smelling better this morning, but still traces of the whatever. I may bathe her again tonight.

Prayers continue for all of you.

    Have a great day!

    Mornin' gents.

Stanky dawg! Lord only knows why they feel like they gotta roll in dead stuff or feces.
Cool morning. Great day for dawg training.

    Be OP ;-)

    Mornin’

Another piano class this morning. Playing “Wee Willie Winkle”. At least it is building note reading ability, which has been zero most of my life.

Gorgeous morning, not a cloud in the sky. Intended to hike yesterday and never made it… It sould help I suppose if I had a partner or group I was committed to meet with. I tried joinng up with the hiking group in town, but they all moved so fast I could not keep up.

    Have a good one...

    Good morning gentlemen.

Good job on the weight, Steve.

Today and tomorrow are the last days of sun and reasonably warm weather. Should be 74, today. Next week is all low 60s and rain. The trees are all changing, too. What happened to summer? Anyway, I'll get out to wash the car, while I can.

No results from yesterday's MRI for a while. My PCM is pretty good about letting me know, but she uses the mail to do so.

    Good Morning,
    Congratulations on loss Steve.
    Prayers for Bill and Bob.
Need to get yard cut, we leave Saturday morning for vacation Gulf Shores Alabama.
    Enjoy the girls Lee.
Mike, believe you can find a breakfast place where all old men meet for breakfast; they should have a couple of folks wanting to walk regularly.

    Good Morning

Frankie sure sounds like a fun dog.
Lee, thanks for the link on possibly cheaper meds. It looks like it is cheaper through my insurance as far as I can tell. I should find out if my Dr's appeal was successful today and then I will switch off of Tramadol tomorrow, even though I have 130 of them at present. But this in theory will provide some around the clock relief that I can't get on Tramadol. I see my autocorrect doesn't recognize Tramadol, it recommends trampoline. Perhaps it is on to something.
Mike I am glad to see you are back working at your piano lessons. I am making progress on my hammered dulcimer largely because I practice 1x or 2x a day. It would seem consistent practice habits are important. I guess my old cornet teacher back in my school days was right after all. I can sort of read music but mostly am learning to play by ear.
