Hi I am 20+ years out and continuing my journey. I am not sure if this is the right group for me but wanted to start somewhere. Are their anyone in this group longer then 1 year?

  I'm down 95 in 10.5 months. Little behind schedule, but doing ok. Still mindless eating when not hungry. Any tips?
