Good morning.
Yesterday was pretty much all estate work. Finally got the bank account opened, sent executor paperwork to the IRS, paid some bills and got a tally of how much I've spent already pending reimbursement ($30k and counting).
I rewarded that hard work with an afternoon nap and an early bedtime.0 -

- Lou, bless you! I dread having to get through all of DMIL (and late DFIL) crap in basement we've been lugging around for three houses now. Ugh.
- Shots yesterday were grueling.....hoping to find some relief - but still walking around in agony.
- DMIL 90th came and went and thankful for that!
- Tucker to vet today for annual updates to his shot records.
- Hoping to spend some time with new whip learning some more of the functions. there's alot of screens and buttons!
- Ready for in-laws to leave and give us back our house. Sick of doing laundry and cleaning up dishes and counters (my ultimate pet peeve)!!!

Good morning BBB friends.
Calling a plumber, today, to install the new kitchen faucet I bought yesterday.
Sassy has an appointment this afternoon, for grooming.
We've had our CRV Hybrid Touring for almost two years and I have yet to figure out all the buttons and screens.
Skip, I have an appointment next week to talk over the details of the planned procedure on my back. My surgery date is the 17th. He's just going to remove some of the lamina in L3-L4 to ease pressure on nerve roots. Until then, some days are better than others, I get pain in hips and down my legs. Sometimes a leg feels like it wants to collapse. Never bad enough for me to actually go down, though. I just hope things are better by the spring, so I can get back to hiking.0 -

The facet injections yesterday helped. I meet again w/ Surgeon on 4th to evaluate "what's next!

I checked email and checked out of it just as quick. Nadda going on. My staycation continues.
I got an air fryer for Christmas. Not sure I want it. I hate small appliances onmy counter tops. I'm still deciding.

Ds1 scratched his DC mid way drive stop plans in Ohio. His buddy has covid so he pushed on home the 13 hours instead. Texted me at 11pm last night he was home. Yikes. Thats a long drive alone.
