    Good morning gentlemen.

    I've risen, but I don't know how shiny I am.

    Sassy did very well in her day with a trainer, yesterday. She is a very bright girl. We won't be able to have her at any professional training again for a while, with my back surgery scheduled for next week.

    I need to get some things done around the house and yard, before the expected snowstorm comes in tomorrow. That will be my focus today.

    Cold returns and much of 15” of powder snow we had is washed away after 4.5” of rain we had night before last.

    After holing up in a monastery with barbed wire and 3 German shepherds DGS is supposed to be flying back from Ecuador to USA today. Fingers crossed. The drug gangs have declared war on the government… egad.

    Piano lesson again today…I am getting much better at note reading a melody, although reading both hands together is still a lot harder.

    After yesterday’s chords class went grocery shopping and never got out for a hike. Today for sure..,

    Weight is tapering down a little. Just avoiding sweets is a help.

    Cat came back with dislocated knee. Surgery today.

    Great to hear about Sassy's training, and hoping back surgery is a cakewalk.
    Kunjac noodles. 0 points. Anybody try them? Just bought a 6 pak.

    Oh My Mike add my prayers to the list for DGS.
    Been AWOL w my two eye surgeries on left eye on Tue.
    1)I had a combination "OMNI glaucoma surgery with the addition of a Hydrus stent"
    2) this was immediately followed by lens phakoemulsification and implant of IOL lens.

    So far so good.
    We are due for nasty weather tomorrow night and Saturday followed by several days of below freezing high temps.

    Glad all is doing good now Bob.
    Glad kitty is back home and daddy can take care of knee.
    Praying DGS makes it safely home without drama.
    Storms predicted here tomorrow, next week temps drop to below freezing
