    Slow day at work, so did my due diligence and got on the treadmill last night.

    Reposting from the wrong discussion! I'll get this figured out!

    I am making friends with the dreadmill again! I live outside of town, so walking right now can be iffy. Yesterday the temp wasn't bad, but the wind made it unbearable. I managed 1.34 miles last night. Temps aren't supposed to get above 15 for the next few days, so I need to make friends with it whether I like it or not!

    And when I'm on the treadmill I like to watch something. Keeping with the music theme, I finished Jelly Roll: Save Me last night. Pretty inspirational.

    Steps for the 10th:

    I worked from home yesterday. I did make it down to the treadmill for a short walk with the intentions for a few more short walks, but didn't make it. Results for the 11th were not great.

    When I’m outside I like to listen to nature but then I usually walk countryside or seaside but I’m lucky they’re both close by.
    Now its dreadmill time I’ve found some virtual walks I can watch.
