    When I’m outside I like to listen to nature but then I usually walk countryside or seaside but I’m lucky they’re both close by.
    Now its dreadmill time I’ve found some virtual walks I can watch.

    I have been stuck in my office for the last 2 days, and the rest of the week doesn't look promising. I am up to 20 minutes on the treadmill though. Yesterday temps got up to 15! WooHoo!
