    Hi, My name's David and I'm based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. I've been carrying too many pounds since my mid-20's and have had high blood pressure for many years (I'm now 56). In 2022 I was diagnosed with cancer and on the back of surgery and chemotherapy my Type 2 diabetes returned. I managed to reverse this a couple of years ago with exercise and a lo-carb diet and believe I can do the same again. Just need to get serious pounds off this time.
