Plumber was kind of a bust yesterday. Couldn't swap sink handles and the shower requires tag teaming with a tile guy. Still have the roof that needs inspecting for a leak and depapering and painting of the main bath.0 -

- Riding to Augusta today to find out why no audio on the still to be named Harley. It appears there may be some software not loaded. Vehicles today! But it is a reason to ride.

I got some grandson time in yesterday! Love that kid so much. He'll be crawling by the weekend on all fours, I bet. He's currently doing the inch worm slide lol. Once he gets up on those knees, he'll be on the run!

Good morning BBB friends.
Doc says I am mending well. I can do anything I want except I can't lift anything more than 10 lbs. for another couple of months. That is going to be rough. I can get back in the shop, but just turn small stuff. Those large chunks of wet wood are too heavy for me, for now.

Here’s the funny story for the day.
Yesterday I’m at prompt med seeing the nurse P.
Nurse: so, we’re going to test you for mono. Having that sore throat that long isn’t good.
Med A: (poking my finger to get a blood sample)
Me: well, my husband and I are going on a cruise leaving this Saturday I have to feel better.
Nurse P: if you test positive for Mono I have to tell you NO contact sports!
Me: my husband will not be happy
Med A: ( chuckles)
Nurse P: ( obviously went over her head) your spleen could possibly rupture
Me: wow it’s not that physical.
FINALLY she got it. We all had a good laugh.1 -
