Today was the first time in 7 years when I set my watch alarm to get me up on the morning of a time change. Does it update itself for the change or does it have to connect to the phone to get updated?
The answer came at 530 is the new 630 when the watch still said the former when I woke up for no good reason. So, I spent an inordinate amount of time trying to change the alarm on the watch to an hour later so I could roll over for another hour. Of course, with all that frustration, I was simply just "up" at that point. And that was after watching Oppenheimer until midnight is the new 1AM.
So in short, it has to connect to the phone to update its time. 😴0 -
Good morning BBB friends.
I will be the counter point to your point, Skip. I love DST. Here in Tumwater, I can look forward to days lasting until 10 p.m. Tonight, it will be light until 7. It's great. I changed the remaining clocks (stove and microwave) last night and Sassy woke me at 6:40 instead of 5:40. No issues at all.
Church this morning, then a little shop time. I need to clean up, out there. Nasty, rainy, cold weather.0 -
I prefer DST once I get used to it, wish it would stay year around.
Knee popped out early this morning, did not make church.
DW justified missing as we were at Emmaus church last night and I will be picking up two new Emmaus members this afternoon.

No DSTin Mexico. Need to make sure I remember what time it is when I text family and friends.
We signed a 6 month lease yesterday. Now I need to figure out how to wire first, last and deposit.
We found a super fun band last night and stayed out way too late. I found their schedule on FB and need to go to their 3pm show not 7pm. Unfortunately our new condo will be too far to walk home from their shows. No uber here but tons of taxis.0 -
