    Thanks for the reminder Judith. I do cardio (recumbant bicycle) three times a week at planet fitness and also walk. On the days I do not go to planet fitness I do strength training at home. My nutrition goals have been pretty good and now I go to TOPS meetings weekly to keep accountable for my weight. Am I perect?? Absolutely not but I am trying to be as healthy as I can. I appreciate this thread to keep me accountable to you all also. I need people in my life to keep me on track. Keep asking me as much as you like to make sure I do not slide back.

    Thank you Linda for sharing. I so appreciate you and Lori on this thread as when I read your accomplishments it makes me accountable and want to do more. I give myself a pep talk often reminding myself what Goals I have created here and being mindful to keep up with the goals I said I intended to do and wished to do.
