    • I really cannot wait until Friday! It feels like 0530 alarm comes earlier and earlier!
    • Got to order some cool plates for Vette yesterday - hope they come in 10 days or less.
    • Glad to hear Ron's calf is calming down and getting better.

    Good morning BBB friends.

    Yesterday I took my first longish hike since my surgery. It was 14 miles, with 1,300 feet of climbing. Wonderfully renewing, but my left hip was really painful afterwards. I can deal with that.

    Shop and yard will fill my day, today.

    Hitting the road in a bit to Hot Springs where we'll do two nights before resuming the trip to Louisville.

    I was re-elected chair of the Resource Management Commission last night, so I know how I'll be spending my 3rd Tuesdays for another year.

    • Sounds like a nice road trip Lou. I am headed to FL tomorrow morning. We'll spend the night with Kris's sister and board the big boat on Friday. Just a short 3 day trip to the Bahamas but I am looking forward to getting away.

    Morning gang.

    Spanish class was so fun. After it was over we stayed and visited with the teacher and a few others. We had beers and paid for the teachers drinks and food...total was $100 USD crazy but so fun. Puerto Peñasco is not home to cheap beers or food.

    She is an amazing lady. Moved to Mexico 7 years ago ( her husband was building the wall and easier find housing on the Mexican side) she now teaches English at 2 schools and several churches, has adopted 8 kids from orphanages and works at a dog rescue.

    Ron has an extra massage scheduled today and haircuts for both of us later today. I'm planning to go super short.

    Have a fun cruise. Out of Tampa?

    Folks here got upset because someone painted their house white, I thought it looked ok.
    If thats what you want Skip, hope you get it; just remember you asked for it.
    Lou, the reason to go to meetings is so you can nominate someone else not accept ownership.

    Hello Good morning !

    I'm on dgs duty and he definitely will make my day.. He is a little character and makes me laugh so much! A big huge personality. I just finished making him healthy baby banana applesauce pancakes to bring along. No flour. No sugar. Blended oats, eggs, banana, applesauce, cinnamon and baking powder. They are actually really good. A couple of these little cakes and a scrambled egg, some fruit and bam, his breakfast is served.

    Great hike had by Dave nice photos! Beautiful area you live in!

    Ok so I'll ask, what do your plates say Skip? Do Tell!

    Sam, no gardening here yet. Ground won't warm up til mid end of May!
